AGENDA:
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding granting ease- ment to CECA for the electrical generator and sewer lateral for the storm shelter.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding refusal by the Town Board to appoint a third Commissioner to the CESD Commission.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding merging the two sanitary districts located in the Town of Lyons.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding the final decision on the water rate increase required and proposed by the PSC
and the decrease in the sewer rates to accommodate the water rate increase.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding the revised budgets for the water and sewer reflecting the new rates plus notification of the rate changes.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding amending the ordinances for the water and sewer to reflect the new rates.
Review, discussion, possible approval and action taken regarding the CMAR (Compliance Maintenance Annual Report) which needs to be submitted to the D.N.R. by June 30, 2013.
