In compliance with Section 19.84 Wisconsin Statutes the following Notice of Meeting is given.
COMMITTEE OR BOARD: COUNTRY ESTATES SANITARY DISTRICT
DATE AND TIME: MONDAY, April 16, 2012 @ 9:00 a.m.
PLACE: Crispell Snyder – 700 Geneva Parkway, Lake Geneva
PURPOSE: Special Meeting -
AGENDA:
Meeting to move to closed session in regards to Lyons Sanitary District No.2 Attorney letter of April 4, 2012 per Section 19.85, par. (1), sub (g), conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
Discussion with legal counsel and possible action taken regarding the letter from Lyons Sanitary District No. 2, Attorney Mike Dubis dated April 4, 2012.
Action to reconvene to open session.
Action, if any, by Board respecting discussion in closed session.
Adjourn meeting.
