PLACE: Lyons Town Hall 6339 Hospital Rd.
PURPOSE: Regular Monthly Meeting

Approval of Minutes (March 2012)
Catherine Schmalfeldt, owner, requests rezone of property located at 1316 Brook Rd and known as NA282200007, parts of NLY500006 from A-1 to C-2 and C-1. Purpose of the rezone is to conform zoning of present parcels and allow for creation of one additional parcel.
David Held, applicant, requests rezone and amendment to Walworth County Multi-jurisdictional Land Use Plan for property located off of State Hwy 36 and known as NLY900001B from P-1 to A-3. Proposed use would be grain farming on 31.13 acres.
Review of pending Walworth County Ordinance pertaining to setbacks for animal housing and number of animals.
