In compliance with Section 19.84 Wisconsin Statutes the following Notice of Meeting is given.

DATE AND TIME: TUESDAY, May 22, 2012 @ 9:00 a.m.
PLACE: Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes,LLP –
1601 E. Racine Ave., Waukesha, WI
PURPOSE: Special Meeting – USDA Project/sampling station
AGENDA:
Action to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for CESD who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by CESD with respect to litigation CESD is or is likely to become involved in respecting Lyons Sanitary District No. 2.
Action to reconvene to open session.
Action, if any, by Board respecting discussion in closed session.
Adjourn meeting.
