Discussion:
Alik Dremo to discuss rezoning 20 acres of 82-acre parcel zoned A2 for the purpose of creating 4 5-acre lots.
Parcel located off of Steele Road and known as tax key #NLY2300002a.
Owner/developer, Pat & Judy Sebranek, along with consultant, Mark Taylor of Landcraft, present a proposal for a new conservation sub-division on 349 acres located between Back Road and South Road. Project land includes the platted, but undeveloped, Aspen East subdivision.
