Special Meeting – May 22, 2012
Present: Doug Day (President); Jim Miller (Treasurer) and Cindy Ganka (Superintendent).
Special Guests: Brandon Foss (Crispell Snyder) and Tim Andringa (Attorney-CESD).
Doug Day opened meeting at 9:10 a.m.
Doug Day made a motion to move to closed session per Section 9.85, par. (1), sub (g), conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, Jim Miller seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously.
Moved to closed session at 9:12 a.m.
Doug Day made a motion to reconvene to open session at 10:56 a.m., Jim Miller seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously.
Commissioners decided not to make any motions or take any further action.
Jim Miller made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Doug Day seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:57 a.m.
