NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
DATE AND TIME: Monday July 16, 2012 6:00pm
PLACE: Lyons Town Hall

PURPOSE: Amend Land Use Plan
The Lyons Town Board invite and encourage the public to attend an informational meeting to review and comment on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Plan.
A request has been made by applicant David Held and landowner Lyons Lions Club to change 31.13 acres known as NLY900001B from the designation of General Recreation to Other Rural Land.
Purpose of the change would be to consider request to rezone aforementioned property from P-1 Recreational Park District to A-3 Agricultural Land Holding District.
