Approval of Minutes-December 5th  2009 Joint Sanitary District and
January 11th  2010 Town Board 
Approval of Treasures report-December 2009 and January 2010
Approval and paying of bills-January 2010
Grant liquor licenses-
Correspondence- 
 
Resolution to move impact fee revenues expensed in prior years to
general income. 

Approval of Baxter & Woodman engineering work order for 2010 Road
Improvements.

Resolution to Oppose Wisconsin Department of Revenue County Assessment
Proposal.

Discussion and approval of contributing costs to Walworth County
Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments.

Discussion of Municipal Building heating and maintenace issues and
developments with regard to investigation of block walls.

Ordinance Enforcement-No Parking on Town Roads 2:00am to 6:00am.
Building Inspection-
Fire Department- 
Highway Department- 
Walworth County Sheriff- 

Town Board is expected to adjourn to closed session under Statue
19.85(1)g to discuss litigation strategy with legal council in regards
