Public Works Crew member

Department: Public Works | Full Time, Non-Exempt

The Public Works Laborer performs hands-on construction, maintenance, and repair work that keeps Town roads, facilities, and public spaces safe and functional.  This role involves physical labor, equipment operation, and participation in routine and emergency response activities, snow plowing, ditch moving, and road/roadside maintenance. This position supports essential municipal services and requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin Class B CDL or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.  Must live within 30 minutes of municipal building.
