Public Works Superintendent
Department: Public Works | Full Time, Non-Exempt
The Public Works Superintendent is a hands-on role that oversees and actively participates in construction, maintenance, and repair of Town roads, facilities, and public spaces. This position provides daily supervision of Public Work staff, ensures safetly and regulatory compliance, and supports both the routine and emergency operations. Responsibilites include snow plowing, ditch mowing, and road/roadside maintenance. This position supports essential municipal services and requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.
Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin Class B CDL, or the ability to obtain with 120 days of hire. Must live within 30 minutes of municipal building
